What Family Caregivers Does

Family Caregivers is committed to providing and coordinating the best Adult Family care services for each Client regardless of the complexity of their medical psychosocial and/or mental health needs. Our skilled team of professionals will deliver personalized services in your home. You and your family will have peace of mind knowing your needs are being properly understood and addressed. Our priority is the well-being of each Client, Caregiver and their families to minimize the impact of their specific medical diagnosis, and promoting a more functional quality of life.

Our Commitment to Ongoing Support

Supportive individualized care at home.

Our Family Caregivers’ Staff understand the growing need for compassionate In Home Care and how it can aid in improving an individual’s quality of life. Family Caregivers’ Registered Nurses and Case Managers remain in regular contact with the Caregiver and the Client through monthly visits to the home. On-going healthcare trainings are done one on one to ensure the needs of the Caregiver and the Client are being met.

Our Clients:

Feel safe, supported, and secure.

Our Clients require a combination of special attention and gentle patience daily. They are supervised or assisted with 1 or more personal care needs such as: bathing, dressing and eating or with managing certain behaviors by their Caregiver. They are 16 years of age or older and must be eligible for MassHealth Standard, MassHealth Commonhealth, One Care, and Tufts Total Health Plan.

Our Caregivers:

Be near those you know and trust.

Our Caregivers are devoted and qualified family or non-family members who must be 18 years of age or older. Caregivers can be: daughters, sons, dear friends, sisters, those who are caring for a person within the same home. They are committed to being fully responsible for providing 24 hour supervision and care to the Client and must document their efforts on a daily basis.
